What This Form Is Actually For

Corrections, partnership questions, and genuine "which builder should I use" questions all land here. Before writing in, though, check whether your question is already covered — our Methodology page explains the scoring formula in full, and most Best Website Builder pages carry their own FAQ.

If Something's Wrong on the Site

Builders update pricing and features fast enough that something here can drift out of date between our re-tests. Tell us the exact page and what's changed. Corrections are usually the quickest thing on our list — often a same-week fix, sometimes faster.

If You Work for a Builder

Partnership, advertising, or affiliate proposals are welcome — include the platform name, what you're proposing, and any relevant traffic or audience numbers. Worth knowing upfront: per our Disclosure page, a commercial conversation never changes an existing score, so don't expect that outcome from reaching out.

If You're Writing About This Space

Journalists, researchers, and educators occasionally need data, a quote, or context on how we test. We're generally happy to help — tell us your deadline and what specifically you're after.

If You Can't Decide Between Two Builders

This is genuinely one of our favorite categories of message. Tell us what you're building, your rough budget, and how comfortable you are with design tools, and we'll give you a real answer. That said, our Compare tool and use-case-specific Best Website Builder pages are built to answer exactly this without waiting on a reply — worth trying those first if you want a faster answer.

What Makes a Message Fast to Handle

Specifics. The exact URL for an error, the builder names for a comparison request, enough context that we're not stuck asking a clarifying question before we can actually help.

What Happens After You Submit

We use your message only to respond to you — no mailing list, no forwarding your note to the builders we cover. If it concerns a correction, we might reference the substance of it (not your personal details) when verifying with that platform directly.

How Long a Reply Takes

Most messages get a response within a few business days. Corrections move fastest since they usually need only a quick fact-check; partnership and press messages sometimes need more than one person's input, so those can take a bit longer.

If a Review Actually Helped You Decide

We like hearing this more than almost any other kind of message. Not required, but it does shape what we prioritize testing next.

If You Notice a Broken Page or Link

Small sitewide issues — a dead link, an image that won't load, a page throwing an error — are worth a quick message even if you're not sure it counts as a real correction. These are usually fast for us to fix, and we'd rather hear about a small glitch early than have it sit unnoticed.

If You Build Templates or Apps for a Platform We Cover

We occasionally hear from designers and developers who build for a specific builder's marketplace, asking how their work factors into a review. We evaluate the platform as a whole, including whatever official templates and apps ship with it by default, rather than reviewing individual third-party listings separately.

What We Can't Help With

We're not able to provide technical support for a builder you've already signed up with, resolve billing disputes directly with a vendor, or offer personalized web design consulting beyond what's already in our published reviews and guides. For those, the platform's own support channel is the right first step.
